At DeskBoard Buddy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your workspace setup. If your product isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your DeskBoard Buddy in its original packaging, ensuring all markers, erasers, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
